PLUS REopens R&Rs for vaccinated travellers

KUALA LUMPUR: FULLY vaccinated individuals can now dine at seven rest and service (R&R) areas along several sections of PLUS Malaysia Bhd’s North-South Expressway, which are bordering states that have entered into Phase Two of the National Recovery Plan.
