It may be cheaper for Felda to take FGV private, says CGS-CIMB

KUALA LUMPUR: It may be less expensive for the Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) to privatise FGV Holdings Bhd than terminating the Land Lease Agreement (LLA) and paying the company RM3.5 billion to RM4.3 billion in compensation, said analysts.
