HONOURED ... Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad being conferred the Honorary Fellowship of the International College of Surgeons (ICS) at the 11th Asian Pacific Federation Congress of the college in Kuala Lumpur yesterday. Presenting the sash to him is ICS president Professor Earl Owens (right) and co-ordinating chairman of the congress, Dr P. Boopalan. The congress is being attended by 350 participants from 26 countries. Citation on Page 2.
